We provide tailored assistance with title searches, deed preparation, registration support and related tasks. All services are performed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable rules.

2.2 Informational Products

We offer electronic guides, templates and tutorials ("info products") designed to help users understand legal processes. These are delivered as downloadable files.

2.3 Physical Goods

We supply printed materials and document preparation kits ("goods"). These are shipped to the address provided by the user.

3. Refund Policy

We aim to maintain high standards and offer options for refund or transfer depending on the type of offering.

3.1 Legal Assistance Services

If no substantial work has begun on your matter, you may request a refund of fees within 7 days of booking. Once work has commenced, services may be transferred to a future date upon request. Transfers are subject to scheduling availability and any difference in fees if rates have changed.

3.2 Informational Products

Digital items are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase provided no download or access has occurred. If access is detected, refunds will not be granted due to the nature of digital delivery. For technical issues, replacement files may be provided upon request.

3.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if in original sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days.

4. No-Refund Services

Certain expedited tasks and highly customized filings require immediate allocation of resources and staffing. These services are non-refundable once booked. This policy ensures that professional time and resources allocated to your matter are fairly compensated.

5. Changes and Transfers

You may request modifications to service dates or scope up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. All changes are subject to confirmation and may incur revised fees. Transfer requests outside this window may be possible with written approval and any difference in fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deedveria is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party agencies or regulatory bodies. Our maximum liability for any claim related to these terms is limited to the total fees paid for the specific offering.
